Zooplankton community composition shifts shown via non-metric multidimensional scaling (nMDS) based on Hellinger-transformed count data and Bray–Curtis similarities. A single nMDS was faceted to compare pre- and post-CSO event communities, with a final facet displaying species correlation vectors. The 2D stress value was 0.20; see Results for further interpretation.
