Hydrologic and water quality monitoring in three isolated pools in the MRG that formed following river intermittency (16 July 2016 to 20 July 2016). Pool depth (m) was measured at the location of the sonde, with labeled points representing the number of days after intermittency. Air temperature (°C) was measured at approximately 30-minute increments from the Socorro municipal airport. Water temperature (°C), dissolved oxygen (DO; mg L−1), and turbidity (NTU) were measured at 15-minute increments following pool formation until drying prevented sample collection. The RGSM no acute lethal concentration (NALC) for DO and no acute lethal level (NALL) for water temperature are designated by horizontal black dashed lines.
