Le matériel original de Gomphonema rhombicum M. SCHMIDT, 1904 a pu être identifié et examiné en microscopie optique. L'observation de quelque 210 individus a donné lieu à une diagnose et une illustration photographique de l'espèce. Un lectotype est proposé parmi les isotypes répartis dans diverses collections.
Abstract
Original slides of Gomphonema rhombicum M. SCHMIDT 1904 were found and examined with optical microscopy. The observation of more than 200 frustules allowed species diagnosis and photographic illustration. A lectotype is proposed amongst several isotypes found in different diatom collections.
